Well.. My name is Chen Sharabany and I was born in 1984

so.... time for a little bit of seriousity.. I have a B.A at social sciences, but I decided to study Industrial design because I have a passion for inventing, producing, the joy of taking a vague concept from my head and making it a reality. I have a rich imagination that draws inspiration from all of my experiences. mostly I wish to find a way to combine two of my greatest passions - origami and designing.  

 

My aspirations are to design products which are empathic not only to the user and his\hers needs, but also towards our planet. applying new technologies, and using materials in non conventional ways. trying to take them to their limits. always asking questions.

as designers we have a great power, and with great power comes a great responsibility. we get to live in an amazing era. new technologies being born in such a pace that we can't fully comprehend their potentials. unlike the good old days where men took the technology to its limits, nowadays the technology takes us to our limits. we must also try to leave this place a little bit better then we got it.
